The direction of automated control systems (ACS) is one of the first areas of activity of the R&D Center "INCOMSYSTEM" since its inception in 1991. As a system integrator for 30 years, we keep the highest quality bar, we use the latest equipment from leading world and domestic vendors in our projects. The accumulated experience allows us to provide the Customer with the best solution in terms of price, quality and compliance with the necessary technical requirements.

Today, the direction of ACS includes:

• two departments with a total number of more than 130 specialists: departments of design documentation and commissioning, production department;
• project management is carried out by a team of experienced chief engineers under the direction of the director of the direction. A streamlined structure and a high level of qualification of specialists allow us to carry out projects of any complexity, from setting a task to putting an object into commercial operation and providing technical support.

The manufacturing and testing of automated process control systems is carried out at our own production base located in Kazan, on the territory of the Technopolis of Khimgrad JSC. Production facilities allow assembly and factory testing of up to 200 control cabinets at the same time. Well-established processes for the transfer of design documentation (CD) developed in the Eplan design system make it possible to simultaneously develop design documentation and assemble control cabinets with consistently high quality and with minimal production time.

Certified specialists, including the German certification body TUV, provide the necessary technical advice on the selection of equipment.

With ever-increasing competition in the ACS market, R&D Center "INCOMSYSTEM" is constantly improving both in the processes of performing work and in creating new products and services.

Currently, new solutions are being developed for systems using renewable energy sources, training complexes, advanced control systems and MES systems.

The direction of automated control systems is able to perform a wide range of tasks for the development of automated control systems projects, including jointly with foreign design institutes and companies:

• development of a preliminary design, project documentation;
• development of technical specifications and technical requirements for the tender procedures of the Customer;
• audit and expert analysis of technical solutions, technical proposals on the instructions of the Customer;
• development of working documentation, including sections on metrological support, information security;
• participation in HAZOP sessions;
• engineering work on the development of application software;
• conducting factory acceptance tests and integrated factory acceptance tests;
• ensuring that engineers with controller equipment visit the sites of block equipment suppliers to test the integration of block equipment controllers into the main control system;
• delivery of ready-made control systems to the Customer's site;
• carrying out installation work to install the control system at the Customer's site;
• carrying out installation supervision work on connecting field equipment to the control system;
• performance of commissioning works;
• conducting complex tests, putting the system into pilot, industrial operation;
• providing technical support and maintenance.

For all the time of work on the market, the specialists of the Research and Development Center "INCOMSYSTEM" have implemented several hundred projects from Kaliningrad to Kamchatka, including several projects in foreign countries.
